Wearable Wit Store – Return and Refund Policy

At Wearable Wit Store, we believe in delivering a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our flexible return and refund process ensures quick resolution.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer 5 days hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of product delivery, and an additional 5–7 business days for the returned items to reach us.

  • We provide reverse pick-up services wherever available. If service is unavailable in your pin code, customers must self-ship the parcel to our return address (provided below).

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund total per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Pickup will be attempted thrice. In case all attempts fail, you must self-ship the return order to our warehouse.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Products showing visible wear, damage, or missing parts are ineligible for return or refund.

  • Ensure secure packaging and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number clearly on the parcel.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item passes our quality check.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI, based on details shared by the customer.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear images at support@wearablewitstore.com or via WhatsApp at +918468817466.

  • The issue will be verified, and a replacement or full refund will be arranged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and a two-way shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 7 business days.

Terms and Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe handling and secure return of items while in possession.

  • The store is not liable for errors in refund details provided by the customer (bank account, UPI, etc.).

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation message but haven’t physically received the product, notify us within 24 hours.
